Alexander Baker is a veteran educator with over 18 years of classroom experience. As a middle school Technology Integrator and the owner of a successful video production company, Alexander has spent years at the intersection of education and innovation. After witnessing firsthand the frustrations teachers face with clunky EdTech systems and inspired by conversations at educational technology conferences he envisioned a better way. That vision became EduSchool: a streamlined, intuitive platform designed to save teachers time, provide administrators with actionable insights, and make school technology finally work for the people who use it every day.
Derrick McKeown

Derrick McKeown has spent the past 20 years shaping the design field with a focus on digital products and user experiences. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Digital Media Arts from Canisius University, Derrick built a career that spans startups to major global corporations—designing applications and platforms that millions of people interact with daily. Today, he is channeling his expertise into education, working to create innovative solutions that empower teachers and improve student outcomes across the country.

Tirmizi Hossain is an incoming junior studying Computer Science at Rochester Institute of Technology. He is passionate about developing software that addresses unmet needs and positively impacts people’s lives. In his free time, Tirmizi enjoys competing in esports, working on personal programming projects, swimming, and playing tennis.

Alex Tefft is a software developer and Computer Science student at Rochester Institute of Technology with a passion for solving complex problems and building innovative technology. His experience spans front-end development, database systems, and software engineering, allowing him to contribute across the full development stack. Outside of his work in technology, Alex enjoys developing open-source games, exploring photography, and studying philosophy.
George Zhang
Full Stack Developer
George Zhang is an incoming fourth-year Computer Science student at Rochester Institute of Technology with a passion for building impactful software. Developed projects ranging from AI-powered applications to personal finance tools. At EduSchool, George contributes to the development of the guardian dashboard, helping provide parents with real-time insight into their students' academic progress. Outside of technology, he enjoys gaming and exploring new digital experiences.
Hillel Saks
Full Stack Developer
Hillel Saks is a software engineer studying Computer Engineering with a minor in Philosophy at Stevens Institute of Technology. His work spans computer hardware, software development, and systems design, with experience in the medical technology industry across both corporate and startup environments. Outside of work, Hillel enjoys playing the piano, developing games, walking dogs, parallel parking, and running.
